New International TV Spot For ROBOCOP Features More New Footage!

And when we say – more footage, it definitely means that this new international TV spot for Robocop gives us a much better look at Joel Kinnaman‘s superhuman cyborg law enforcer (read: black suit, silver suit, his lovely wife, some street action and stuff like that). Head inside to check him out, and… well, meet the future! We will once again remind you that beside Kinnaman, the rest of the cast includes Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, Abbie Cornish, Jay Baruchel, Jennifer Ehle, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, and the movie is set to hit theaters on February 12th, 2014. Directed by Jose Padilha, the movie takes us to 2028, where multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology.

Their drones are winning American wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy is a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp utilizes their remarkable science of robotics to save Alex’s life. He returns to the streets of his beloved city with amazing new abilities, but with issues a regular man has never had to face before.
