Find Out The Truth In New Trailer For MALEFICENT

Here comes the long-awaited 90-second trailer for Disney’s Maleficent, which is set to hit theaters this May. Doesn’t look bad at all, ’cause (as you’re about to see) this time we have a much better look at the rest of the cast which includes Sharlto Copley as King Stefan, and Elle Fanning aka Princess Aurora. You know the tale, now head inside to find out the truth… Directed by Robert Stromberg, the movie explores the untold story of Disney’s most iconic villain and the elements of her betrayal that ultimately turn her pure heart to stone. In other words, the movie portrays the story from the perspective of the antagonist, played by Angelina Jolie, who is driven by revenge and a fierce desire to protect the moors over which she presides. That’s exactly why she places an irrevocable curse upon the king’s newborn infant Aurora, take a look:

As the child grows, Aurora is caught in the middle of the seething conflict between the forest kingdom she has grown to love and the human kingdom that holds her legacy. Maleficent realizes that Aurora may hold the key to peace in the land and is forced to take drastic actions that will change both worlds forever.

Also starring Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville, the movie is set to hit theaters on May 30th, 2014. So, any thoughts?
