As a matter of fact, we’re here to share the very first poster for Nicholas Stoller‘s upcoming comedy Neighbors, where Efron plays a weird fraternity leader. Head inside to check him out… And it looks that his co-stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are going to have some crazy time, ’cause in case you forgot, they play a young couple suffering from arrested development. Also, let’s not forget to mention they are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby! How crazy is that?
