AMERICAN HUSTLE Reveals 5 New Character Posters

A few days ago we shared some international posters for the upcoming crime drama American Hustle, and today we’re back with five pretty cool character posters for the whole thing! As you’re about to see, the latest images give us a much better look at David O. Russell‘s leading cast – Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner and Jennifer Lawrence. Head inside to check them out… Written by Russell and Eric Warren Singer, the movie will tell us the story of a con artist and his partner in crime, who were forced to work with a federal agent to turn the tables on other cons, mobsters, and politicians. In other words, Bale plays a brilliant con man Irving Rosenfeld, Adams is his equally cunning and seductive British partner Sydney Prosser, and Cooper is Richie DiMaso – a wild FBI agent who pushes them into a world of Jersey powerbrokers and mafia that’s as dangerous as it is enchanting. As for the rest of the cast, Renner is on board as Carmine Polito – the passionate, volatile, New Jersey political operator caught between the con-artists and Feds, while Lawrence stars as Irving’s unpredictable wife Rosalyn who could be the one to pull the thread that brings the entire world crashing down. Also starring Robert De Niro, Louis C.K., Jack Huston and Erica McDermott, American Hustle is set to hit theaters on December 25th, 2013.
